“A Turkısh Language Teachıng Protocol” for the Turkish world was sıgned between Hacettepe University and YTB

A cooperation protocol was signed between the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism’s Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) and Hacettepe University regarding the provision of Turkish language education to scholarship recipients under the Turkish Communication Program for Public Officials and Academics from the Turkish world (KATİPATA).

The protocol aims to provide academic-level Turkish language education to scholarship recipients from the Turkish world and to support their cultural integration.

This collaboration seeks to conduct the Turkish language teaching process in a systematic, scientific, and effective manner; enhance the Turkish language proficiency of public officials and academics; foster mutual knowledge exchange; and strengthen their ties with Türkiye.

The parties also expressed their intention to further expand their cooperation through joint projects, academic studies, and cultural events in addition to educational activities.

The protocol is considered a significant step toward strengthening Türkiye’s ties with the Turkish world.
