The University Ranking by Academic Performance (URAP) 2024–2025 World Field Rankings have been announced. The URAP field rankings evaluate the last five years of university performance based on the number of articles, total scientific documents, citation impact, and level of international collaboration.
According to the URAP 2024–2025 results, Hacettepe University was ranked in 23 fields out of a total of 78 scientific disciplines.
Among these 23 fields:
Two Fields in the World’s Top 150
Hacettepe University was listed among the world’s top 150 universities by ranking 111th in Dentistry and 141st in Pediatrics.
Five Fields in the World’s Top 500
The university also achieved strong global standings in other fields, ranking:
Ranked First in Turkey in 10 Fields, and the Only University in Turkey in 2 Fields
Hacettepe University ranked 1st in Turkey in the following fields:
Biological Sciences, Clinical Neurology, Immunology, Language, Communication and Culture, Education, Medical and Health Sciences, Pediatrics, Pharmacology, Psychology and Cognitive Sciences, and Public, Environmental & Occupational Health.
Moreover, Hacettepe was the only Turkish university included in the following two fields:
Hacettepe University once again reaffirmed its leadership in scientific research and academic performance, continuing to represent Turkey’s higher education system on a globally competitive level.
The university’s rankings in the URAP 2024–2025 World Field Rankings, both in Turkey and globally, across the 23 included disciplines, are presented in the table below.
