As a result of the 2023 Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS), in which 3 million 527 thousand 443 candidates in the TYT score type and 2 million 573 thousand 169 candidates in the AYT score type participated, a total of 7216 candidates, 5361 undergraduates and 1855 associate degrees, were placed in Hacettepe University.
As a result of 2023-YKS preference procedures, 1138 candidates out of 5361 candidates who were entitled to enroll in Hacettepe University undergraduate programs were among the top 5 thousand successes. In 2021 and 2022, the number of candidates placed in the top 5 thousand was 843 and 938, respectively.
Hacettepe University has succeeded in being one of the 3 state universities that received Full Accreditation for 5 years within the scope of the Institutional Accreditation Program implemented by the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK) in order to increase the quality of higher education institutions and contribute to quality assurance.
