Nilay Tahiroğlu, Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory Ballet Department student and Sate Opera artist was deemed worthy of the second prize in the Ballet Competition in Moscow, one of the most challenging competitions in the world.
The International Ballet Competition, held in Moscow, where the vice president of the jury was Tan Sağtürk, General Manager of the State Opera and Ballet, hosted talents from all over the world. In the competition in which 110 dancers took part in the adult category, our student Nilay Tahiroğlu won the silver medal. State Opera and Ballet General Manager Tan Sağtürk and Nil Tahiroğlu visited the conservatory this morning and shared the competition process with us. We congratulate our students and all our instructors who contributed and wish her more succes in the future.
