Hacettepe University Food Engineering Department retired faculty member Prof. Dr. Hamit Köksel was elected as the Chair of the ICC Academy of the International Grain Science and Technology Association in 2020. prof. Dr. Hamit Köksel was also awarded the "Friedrich Schweitzer" medal in December 2020 for his scientific achievements and contributions to the ICC.
