Student clubs have moved to digital platforms

In line with its student-centred approach, Hacettepe University continues to strengthen student life and develop its digital infrastructure. The aim of this digital transformation is to ensure that community management processes run more smoothly and transparently, whilst also facilitating students’ access to social, cultural and sporting activities. In this context, student societies operating under the University’s Directorate of Health, Culture and Sport have transitioned to a digital system.

With the move to the digital platform, students will be able to quickly and easily manage membership and event tracking for societies via the topluluklar.hacettepe.edu.tr platform.

Thanks to the new system, students will be able to:
• Join student societies online,
• Track current events from a single platform,
• Use the “Join” button to register their participation in events they are interested in,
• Submit applications for existing student society events quickly, efficiently and easily via the digital platform.

The platform will not only boost participation in campus life but also help events reach a wider audience. Thanks to the platform, which was launched following work carried out with the support of Şahin Kaan Aytaç, Deputy Director of the IT Department, and the Directorate of Cultural Affairs, it is expected that student societies will gain greater visibility and that campus engagement will be further strengthened.
