8th International EMI Entrepreneurship and Social Sciences Congress was held between 17-19 November 2022 with the face-to-face/online participation of 337 academics from 129 universities in Turkey, Kazakhstan, Canada, Romania, England, New Zealand, USA, Nigeria, TRNC, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Argentina, Pakistan, Georgia, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Morocco and Bangladesh.
The study titled "Entrepreneurship Support and Employment Relations in Turkey" prepared by Hacettepe University Vocational School of Social Sciences Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Volkan Işık together with Sakarya University Labor Economics and Industrial Relations Lecturer Prof. Dr. Mustafa Çağlar Özdemir was awarded the Best Paper Award at the congress where 215 scientific papers were presented. was awarded. With this study, the effectiveness of entrepreneurship supports in Turkey in terms of employment growth has been revealed.
