Prof. Dr. Hamit Köksel, retired faculty member of Hacettepe University Department of Food Engineering, was elected as the Chair of ICC Academy of the International Grain Science and Technology Association in 2020. Prof. Dr. Hamit Köksel was also awarded the "Friedrich Schweitzer" medal in December 2020 for his scientific achievements and contributions to the ICC.
