Orange Flag from YÖK to Faculty of Dentistry
Our university's Faculty of Dentistry was awarded the "Orange Flag" award in the category of Accessibility in Space as part of the "2022 Barrier-Free Universities Awards" organized by YÖK.
A total of 1074 applications from 114 universities were made this year for the Barrier-Free University Awards given by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) in order to raise awareness about the access of disabled students studying in higher education to physical spaces, educational opportunities and socio-cultural activities and to disseminate good practices. According to the results of the evaluation, 84 universities were entitled to receive 384 flags.
Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry, which applied to the 2022 Barrier-Free Universities Awards, has proven that all its spaces are accessible for the disabled with the "Orange Flag" award given in the Accessibility in Space category.
