Our university continues to achieve international scientific success. The evaluation results of the bilateral cooperation program between TÜBİTAK and National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) have been announced, with 8 joint international projects selected for funding. As a result of the evaluation, our university achieved the success of being among the 8 projects eligible for support. Prof. Dr. Deniz Nazire Çağdaş Ayvaz, a faculty member at our University's Faculty of Medicine, was awarded support for her project titled “Mechanisms of Carcinogenesis in Inborn Errors of Immunity and Cancer Immunotherapy.” The project will be led in China by Prof. Dr. Yikun Yao from the Shanghai Institute of Nutrition and Health, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
