A conference titled "Quality Assurance in Higher Education" was given by Prof. Dr. Muhsin Kar, Chairman of the Higher Education Quality Board. At the conference, the increasing importance of quality assurance in higher education was emphasized due to the massification of higher education, the increase in quality differences and globalization. The conference was well attended by the academic and administrative staff of our university, as well as by the students.
