The post by our university's Nursing Department students, themed 'Innovative Patient Education Practices' was viewed by over 24,000 people on social media.
As part of the "Nursing Education" course conducted by the Department of Nursing Management at our University’s Faculty of Nursing, students prepared vodcasts themed "Evidence-Based and Innovative Patient/Health Education Practices." All of the patient/health education methods discussed are of high evidence quality according to the evidence hierarchy recommended by the Joanna Briggs Institute.
A total of 30 vodcasts, created by Hacettepe University students, were shared as collaborative posts on the Instagram account @nurseduinnovator, established by the faculty members of the Department of Nursing Management. These contents, shared in Instagram Reels format, received more than 24,000 views in just two days and were shared by many professional content creators and academics.
The faculty members of our University’s Faculty of Nursing expressed their gratitude with the following words:
