Hacettepe University Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Cahit Güran met with the leaders of the project teams that successfully represented our university at the TEKNOFEST competitions. At the meeting, comprehensive discussions were held on strengthening the R&D ecosystem to increase the scientific productivity of our students and on future projects.
Our Rector emphasized the importance of student-focused R&D activities to further advance our university's innovative project culture, and assessed the development of laboratory infrastructure, strengthening mentoring mechanisms, and supporting entrepreneurial endeavors.
The meeting also discussed potential steps to disseminate the experience gained at TEKNOFEST, encourage new project teams, and empower students to take more active roles in engineering, technology, and innovation.
It was stated that our university will continue to support young researchers and support activities focused on production, design, and technology development.
