Hacettepe University continues to enhance its academic quality through the national achievements of its young researchers. Under the YÖK Postdoctoral Employment Programme, a new project prepared and conducted by Dr. Özgür Doğuş Erol Duyar, who continues his work at the Stem Cell Sciences Department of the Institute of Health Sciences at our university, and supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatima Aerts Kaya and Prof. Dr. Çetin Kocaefe, has been awarded support from the TÜBİTAK 3501 Career Development Programme. The project, entitled ‘In Vivo Functional Evaluation of Type 2 Griscelli Syndrome Gene Therapy’, has been awarded funding. Our researcher, who has taken the TÜBİTAK BİDEB 2218 project responsibility previously carried out in the Department of Medical Biology to a higher level with the 3501 project, continues to contribute to the research ecosystem under the umbrella of Hacettepe University with a qualified postdoctoral employment policy.
