This year’s Best Thesis Award was presented to Dr. Kübra Saka for her doctoral dissertation titled “Metal Oxide-Based Solid-State Device Fabrication and Characterization” completed in June 2025 under the supervision of our faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinçer Gökcen.
Between 1 October 2024 and 30 September 2025, a total of 34 master’s and doctoral theses were completed in our department. Among the nominated theses, the best thesis was selected during the Graduate Studies Committee meeting held on 5 November 2025.
