Prof. Dr. Serpil Oppermann, Lecturer of English Language and Literature at our university, was elected the 7th president of the EASLCE (Association for the Study of Literature, Culture and Environment) Association in Brussels on October 30, 2016. EASLCE is a European-based association that brings together academics in the Humanities and Social Sciences in literature, culture and environmental studies.
