Information sessions were held at our university regarding scholarships provided by the Ministry of National Education (MEB) under Law No. 1416 for postgraduate studies abroad. Information sessions targeting our university’s undergraduate and graduate students were organized on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at our Beytepe Campus, and on Wednesday, April 29, at our Sıhhiye Campus. During the information sessions, presentations were given by staff from the Ministry of National Education’s General Directorate of Higher Education and Overseas Education; students’ questions were answered, and their feedback was collected.
In addition to the information sessions, an informational and evaluation meeting was held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. The meeting was attended by faculty members who are currently serving at our university after studying abroad on these scholarships, as well as faculty members serving as domestic advisors to our scholarship recipients who are currently studying abroad on behalf of our university.
In addition to the 62 faculty members who have studied abroad through these scholarship opportunities and are currently serving in our university’s academic units, 84 of our scholarship recipients are currently continuing their graduate studies at leading universities in various countries abroad on behalf of our university.
