Our university hosted Sultan Raev, Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY), a key institution for cultural cooperation in the Turkic world. During the visit, a protocol was signed between the two institutions aimed at developing collaboration in academic, cultural, and artistic fields. During the meeting between our university's Rector, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Cahit Güran, and Sultan Raev, potential collaborations in cultural activities and scientific studies were discussed.
The protocol aims to preserve the cultural heritage of the Turkic world, support a common language and literature, and increase research and activities related to the Turkic world within our university.
