The International Turkic World State Ballet Schools Festival took place between April 28 and May 2, 2025, hosted by Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory with the support of TURKSOY.
The festival welcomed prestigious ballet schools from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, including the Baku Choreography Academy, Alexander Seleznev Almaty Choreography School, Cholponbek Bazarbaev Bishkek Choreography School, and the Uzbekistan State Choreography Academy. From Turkey, participants included Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Istanbul State Conservatory, Istanbul University State Conservatory, Akdeniz University Antalya State Conservatory, Çukurova University State Conservatory, Mersin University Faculty of Music and Performing Arts, and Dokuz Eylül University State Conservatory.
The festival concluded on May 2, 2025, following a magnificent gala event held on May 1 that greeted the audience with spectacular performances. Planned to continue in the coming years, this event aims to enrich the shared artistic heritage of the Turkic world through cultural collaboration.
