In line with the Zero Waste and Waste Management Studies initiated by the Sustainable Campuses Coordinatorship (SYK) as of 20.04.2022, we started to collect our first recyclable wastes at Hacettepe University Campuses on 24.05.2022. After a long and hard work, we received the "ZERO WASTE CERTIFICATE" for Beytepe Campus on 24.05.2023, exactly one year after this date. We would like to thank all our administrative and academic staff and students for their devoted work, especially our building/unit waste responsibles, who contributed to this process. As Hacettepe University, we will continue to increase our contribution to nature, the environment and the economy together.
