The Hacettepe Feedback Management System, implemented with the aim of providing a better university experience and contributing to society by taking into account the opinions and expectations of all stakeholders, continues its work. The Hacettepe Feedback System, which has been growing in impact since its establishment in 2022, received a total of 3,614 reports throughout 2025. The Feedback Management System also drew attention with its problem resolution rate. According to the data, the problem resolution rate was 96%.
Response rate of 99%
The system, which establishes a strong communication bridge between our university's students, staff, graduates and external stakeholders, also drew attention with its response rates to incoming applications. In 2025, 99% of the 3,614 applications submitted to the system were responded to.
Satisfaction rate: 97%
The system, which enables the feedback process to be managed at the highest level based on digitalization and innovation principles, contributes to student, staff and graduates satisfaction and transforms our university into an institution focused on sustainable development and academic excellence. The satisfaction rate for responses to 2025 applications was 97%.
The data obtained shows that Hacettepe University's efforts to institutionalize the importance it attaches to stakeholder opinions are continuing with increasing strength.
